Bio:  Dr. Anna Hollis was a highly skilled chemist that worked at Crey Corp trying to develop better way of controlling the weather. She developed a number of formulas that could create extreme atmospheric reactions however her supervisors decided they were too unstable. She continued her research anyways until an accident resulted in an explosion in her lab. She survived but was disfigured from the accident. To everyones surprise she developed no powers except for some wings that are too small to fly with but do allow her to maneuver when she uses a "balloon".

She was immediately fired from Crey for conducting unauthorized research and blacklisted in Paragon City. Desperate for money she eventually decided to use her knowledge of chemistry (along with her Crey employee teleporter she "forgot" to return) to become a bounty hunter. Most of her concoctions she just throws, however the more volatile ones she uses with a bow for extra distance despite no real skill at archery.

Notes: I didn't have room in the bio to explain, but the "balloon" is essentially cheap antigravity device/charm.
