Bio: Paul Watts learned early in life that all the money in the world didn't mean anything without the freedom to beat up the weak. He joined the Paragon Police at an early age and soon made a name for himself due to the high number of "confessions" and "fines" he got from arrestees. He received numerous commendations for his work and was awarded Cop of the Year multiple times.

Despite this he eventually left the PPD for the RIP where people don't make as big a fuss about stuff like civil rights and due process. Also awarded Cop of the Year by the RIP after the previous holder of the title accidentally fell down an elevator shaft and landed on some bullets, Paul was even gifted an Arachnos mace and Destined One status by Lord Recluse himself for his actions. While a supporter of the "thin brown line", he will not hesitate to take down other cops that disrepect, or look like they might disrepect, his authority.

Notes: This is a remake of a mace brute I had on the NCsoft servers, now a guardian, which fits better. I'm pleased with how well I was able to replicate the RIP.
