Bio:  "Do not be afraid to joust a giant just because some people insist on believing in windmills"

An elderly spanish man with no powers, no training, and only an old rusty sword and suit of chainmail to protect him against the dangers Paragon City represents. He claims his "golden helmet" is magic but every magical, scientific, and even psychic test anyone can think indicates it's nothing but an old brass basin with nothing special about it all. His other equipment is equally mundane except for his belt and even that just has a basic low gravity charm on it, the kind that kind you can legally buy anywhere in the city even without a hero registration.

Most people consider him a nutcase who's gone insane from reading too many books. Despite this, he manages to not only survive his self appointed role as hero, but actually take down villains.
