Bio: Dustin Walker was initially thrilled when he was chosen to be the mascot for Enriche. Flying around in a power suit at events tossing out free Enriche bottles was fun and he loved seeing his beautiful face on ads everywhere.

That all ended after he accidentally fell into a vat of undiluted "vitamins" that is added during the bottling process. He came out horribly disfigured and uncontrollably spewing out concentrated Enriche. Stating that he was no longer photogenic enough, and not wanting to pay for reconstructive surgery, the Enriche execs fired him. Blaming the Enriche management for the loss of his looks, he now wears their skulls on his belt.

*Healing works by spraying mists of Enriche which cause people to not worry about their wounds as much.

*Not very villainous, but Freedom Corp refuses to authorize a Praetorian that can't stop gushing out Tyrant's primary mind control agent.

Notes: I made this guy because I wanted to see what a healing focused defender was actually like. It's fun but I agree that buffing defenders are more useful overall.
