Bio: In the early 1800's Moses Nebogibfel invented a device allowing him to travel through time. Now in the present day he is studying the "past", his future, so that he can develop flawless plans allowing him to conquer the United States, and eventually the world, in his own time. He is also testing and refining weaponry he constructed in his own time to help prepare for his conquest. Given how well his steam, gunpowder, and electric coil powered devices handle against the more "advanced" machines of this era, he is quite dismissive of modern technology.  He isn't worried about anyone from this time stopping him. If someone becomes too problematic he can simply take out their ancestors before they were born. Just like he did to King Sicarius, the former ruler of Arachnos, who managed to kill Statesman and conquer the world in 1983.

Notes: I made this guy simply because I wanted a steampunk character. The name and time travel shtick I came up with to explain why such an old fashioned character was running around in the modern day. In my mind he will eventually become Lord Nemesis and the time travel shenanigans is why Lord Nemesis' plans seem to sometimes work against each other. He's make competing plans from different points in his own timeline.
