Bio:  After being vampirized by Dracula in late 19th century London, Lucy managed to evade Van Helsings pitiful band of vampire hunters who later falsely claimed to have staked her. Dracula's eventual destruction left her free of his influence, however she enjoyed her condition to much to seek a cure. She left England and began traveling the world, leaving behind a trail of mysterious deaths as she satisfied her dark desires.

She used to feed on criminals in Paragon City but after a number of handsome, but innocent, young men mysteriously vanished Manticore began to suspect her and she was forced to escape to the Rogue Isles. The food isn't as good here, but she also doesn't have to hide her preferences either.
