Bio:   A powerful sorcerer from a distant universe who has come to Paragon City searching for his sister. Although he can cast elemental spells of ice, fire and lightning, he specializes in a unique form of "shadow" magic not tied to the netherworld along with temporal and dimensional spells.

Although he currently fights for Paragon City, it's obvious he does so for his own mysterious reasons and has no desire to actually protect it's citizens.

Notes: An obvious remake of the character Magus from Chrono Trigger. The Radiation Blast powers are all recolored to dark black which I think looks closer to Chrono Triggers Shadow magic then the actual Dark powers that City of Heroes has. The one exception is Electron Haze which is colored blue to simulate an Ice element attack. Enflame and Ion Judgement represent Fire and Lightning giving him all 4 elements like in the original game. In my personal headcanon the X-Ray Beam power is a spell he made up in emulation of Robo's Laser Beam ability.
