The Prince of Princes - OOC

I missed this session so did not play it but had it well described to me afterwards. The pirate that decided to test fire his musket was due to him critfailing his stealth rolls (natural 1's) multiple times. They critted the disguise roll though the players didn't know it at the time. The party made generic charisma rolls to 'look like baddasses' but Conan rolled very low for Zellos. Neither The Agent nor Zellos had proficiency with firearms and used them with the standard -4 penalty. After being given some pointers by the shopkeeper the DM ruled that Zellos still wasn't proficient with firearms but knew enough to only have a -3 penalty from then on instead of the standard -4 penalty. The remaining pirate only survived killing Pete by critting a diplomacy roll to beg for his life. The parrot only had 4hp but The Agent only managed to do 3hp of damage to it. Jake critfailed his first attack roll which is the reason he stabbed the prince. The prince on the other critted his retaliation which is how he one-shotted Jake.

Q'Barra chose to join New Galifar. Q'Barra had been seriously considering the offer since the New Galifar diplomats had first arrived. The peaceful reconstruction of a united Galifar matched what the founders of Q'barra had attempted to do when founding Q'Barra during the Last War. While there was some concern, seeing the Lhazaar Principalities become unified made Q'Barra fearful that they would be preyed on by the pirates. This was the tipping point that convinced them to join New Galifar.

The Shadow Marches becomes a protectorate of Droaam.

Aundair and the Eldeen Reaches formalize an alliance and troops of Shifters, eager to fight the Church of the Silver Flame, begin marching to the border between Aundair and Thrane where troops from those two nations are already fighting.
