Dwarven Democracy - OOC

This session is where The Corporation was renamed The Umbrella Corporation as it becomes publicly known.

The Skyway of Sharn was high enough above the city to survive the 2nd mourning intact. The residents are absolutely furious about the destruction of the city. They have been summoning and enslaving air elementals to convert the entire Skyway into a giant airship capable of flying even without the help of the manifest zone. They have been successful and the Skyway is traveling in the direction of Zilargo however it's very slow and is still within the borders of the new mournlands.

The Church of Galifar is secretly headed by the Rakshasas in a plot to unite the continent as one nation so the last mournbomb will wipe out everyone on Khorvaire.

The voting by the dwarven clans was handled by assigning each clan a die, more powerful clans got larger die, less powerful clans used a smaller die. For example Clan Kundarak used a d20, most used a d6 and a few used a d4 though. Each clans die was rolled and then added together based on which faction they were allied with. The highest total determined the winner. Although Moriarty didn't claim Clan Kundarak he still had enough lower power to win the election.

The Clan Noldrun building was Moriarty's hideout which is why he ordered The Agent to stay away from it.

Both Loragmeth and Bellos used the use magic device skill to activate their scrolls.

Neither the players nor the GM realized that the soften earth spell does nothing on worked stone, like a stone building, until well after the session was over. This is why it worked this way for Loragmeth.

Loragmeth isn't actually a ninja, just built like one. He is using the Speed of Thought and Up the Walls feats to move and climb so quickly. Just like with soften earth neither players nor GM realized until after this session that Up the Walls doesn't actually allow someone to run on ceilings like he has been doing but by this point it's house ruled in.

The DM told us that Holmes and Watson are the first of some planned groups of "heroes" working to take down our characters. Since our characters are now the kind of villain most D&D parties go on quests to defeat, the heroes are the characters going on quests.

I originally wrote that The Agent tried to assassinate his board member however this was a mistake on my end and he actually did try to blackmail the board member.
